All defected items will be exchanged without any charges
or refunded full without any charges.
All returns must accompany a copy of invoice or packing list along
with a note stating reason for return. All returns
or exchanges must be returned within 2 business
days! All returned
merchandise must be in its original,
unused condition, and include its original undamaged
packaging, attached tags, instructions, etc. Following
these guidelines will prevent any delay in exchange or
refund.
Claims for Lost or Damaged Goods
Please inspect your shipment prior to signing the delivery receipt
and make note of any visible damage. All shortages and damages
must be reported within three (3) days of receipt of shipment. No
claims are admissible after three (3) days.
